UPDATE on SBA PPP Loan Forgiveness Application Process
Bank of Stockton has partnered with Sageworks to provide an online portal to allow our PPP customers to securely submit information and documentation for loan forgiveness. We have already reached out to our PPP customers whose loans were larger than $150,000 with an email that explained next steps in building their online profile to begin the forgiveness process with the SBA, and will begin processing when the SBA Forgiveness Portal opens up on August 14. For our customers whose PPP loans were less than $150,000, we will be in contact with you via email at a later date. There is a movement in Congress to streamline the process and we anticipate this to be favorable to the smaller PPP credits. Rest assured, we have your information and will be in contact with you! Mortgage Assistance Program
If you are experiencing a hardship, such as job loss, income reduction, or sickness due to COVID-19 and you are no longer able to make your mortgage payment, please complete our MORTGAGE LOAN ASSISTANCE APPLICATION which can be faxed to 209-929-1223, or dropped off at one of our branches, or mailed to us at Bank of Stockton, Mortgage Loan Assistance, C/O Special Assets Department, P.O. Box 1110, Stockton, CA 95201. If you need help completing this application, please contact us at 1-877-929-1702. Once we receive your application, we will contact you within 5 business days to acknowledge receipt and let you know if you need to send us additional documents.
